Mr. Starks was responsible for opening the Las Vegas office, Planning and Design, Business Development, Client relationships, and running the office.We opened the office with 1 employee and grew to 12 employees under Mr. Starks direction. Projects included The Montecito Town Center (200-acre master plan) Centennial Gateway (40-acre power cenrter) and a 200-acre power center located on St. Rose ParkwayWhat an an awesome experience building a local office for a national firm from the ground up. It was such an easy sell because the firm had so much talent and I was so fortunate to have been a part of it and get that experience.

Oversee 3 campus locations and high tech centers. Provide review and end user representation for buildings that were outsourced to local architects. Provide prelimary planning for campus buildings.
