CurrentJul 2023 - PresentLead the Ads Onsite Delivery Growth team to support the growth of 1PD demand products. My team is a machine learning product development team that specializes in end-to-end optimization of ads ranking. We are responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to improve the performance of our ads ranking models, from data collection and preprocessing to model training and deployment. The team will cover following 2 major areas:1. Lead Generation Ads: optimize the delivery performance of lead generation ads, with a particular emphasis on improving the quality leads generated further down the sales funnel. This is achieved through ranking improvements and the acquisition of conversion event signals from third-party data sources (3PD). 2. Destination Ranking: build a model-based ranking system that selects personalized landing pages for ads. Advanced algorithms are used to analyze user behavior and preferences, enabling the system to recommend the most relevant and engaging landing pages. The goal here is to increase conversion rates, which means getting more users to take the desired action after clicking on an ad.Jul 2022 - June 2023Support the FB Creator Conversation Growth Ranking team to make public conversations a reason why people come to and stay on FB. Sep 2021 - Jul 2022Support Facebook News Ecosystem Ranking team to improve people’s overall sentiment toward news & civic content on Facebook. Also lead the machine learning effort to grow FB News creator program (Bulletin.com).
