With over six years of experience as a creative director, I have a passion for finding innovative and engaging solutions that help hospitality businesses thrive in a competitive and dynamic market. I specialize in branding and design, front of house procedures, guest experience training, and cocktail and bar program management. I currently work at Atomic Dog Studio, a creative agency that helps restaurants, bars, hotels, and other businesses in the hospitality realm to better incorporate their local community and build trust, engagement, and long-term growth.In my previous role as a beverage director, I led the process of building a personable and professional hospitality team and developing on-brand offerings for the Michelin-recognized Heritage BBQ group. I oversaw and developed multiple bar programs showcasing craft cocktails, beer brewed in house, and natural wines. I also created cocktail, beer, spirit, wine, and coffee menus for The Western Hospitality Group, a diverse portfolio of properties in San Diego. I used my skills in on-premise marketing, customer relationship management, and bartending to create a culture around staff education, vendor relations, and industry trends.
