In this role, I assisted in the annual plant trials held at Delaware Valley University and Fordhook Farm during Summer 2019 as an intern. Daily tasks included watering annuals and vegetables, planting, maintaining the aesthetics of the fields/gardens, and noting plants and produce for specific qualities and traits.

I worked as a part-time student in DelVal's Horticulture Department underneath a Federal Work Study. My assignments included harvesting fruits and vegetables, sorting and storing produce, delivering produce, and maintaining aesthetics and plant health (i.e. pruning apple trees).
