My name is Wyatt J. Jackson. I started working when I was 15 at Marketing Concepts. With me being in high school, working in the customer service and sales at such a young age made me realize how important the experience is from the consumer standpoint. After becoming a Team Lead at Marketing Concepts, at 18 I decided to take what I had learned to Best Buy. Best Buy helped me take my exceptional level of service from over the phone at M.C. to face to face. I already loved talking with customers and understanding their situation, now at Best Buy I was able to take that natural ability to work every day. In May of 2016, I had finished my general education at Ridgewater while I had been working at Best Buy full time. I decided to take my credits to a 4 year, highly regarded business school with St. Cloud State and decided that a transfer to the Best Buy in town was a great option for me. I worked at the store in St. Cloud for about 6 months and then I was offered a front desk position at hotel in town called Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriot. I had accepted this position and was very excited to get my foot in the door in the booming industry.Since then, I have taken my talents back to the electronic industry and started selling phones for a company you might have heard of, Verizon. A local, growing business called Wireless World was hiring in my area and I decided to go for it. Just about two years later and at this time I am the highest producing Indirect SMB Consultant for the state of Minnesota. Working with businesses and more-so people in general has made me realize how important relationships are with one another. I am proud to represent Wireless World and Verizon for helping and supporting local business in the Willmar area!
