-Loan Servicing: Answer inbound phone calls, assist timeshareowners with Loan Servicing inquiries and requests.-Escalated Advisor / Credit Specialist: Review credit disputes received via E-Oscar & mail correspondence, assist with escalated loan servicing issues, call owners back after proper research is completed, skip-trace past due accounts, assist legal with attorney representation.

-Merchandiser: Stock deliveries made to stores, maintain routedeliveries, ensure proper product rotation to avoid out of date product, build relationships with stores to boost company outlook.

-Sales Merchandiser: Order stock for corporate & small stores, sellin displays, maintain route integrity, cross-merchandise to avoid out of date product, maintain organization & cleanliness in stock areas.

-Stockperson: Stock shelves as instructed by management, ensurepresentation is visually appealing for customers, maintain organization & cleanliness in the main stockroom area.-Grocery Picker- Fulfill orders placed online, verify correct products are selected & picked, assist with delivering product to customers’ cars.

-Game Advisor: Promote store membership at point of sale,alphabetize video game catalogue on store’s walls, stock new merchandise, process transactions & ensuring accuracy while maintaining conversation with customer.-Manager: Ensure that all employees were providing excellent customer service, maintain work areas and set up special sections as promotions warrant, balance cash & credit card transactions at end of business day.

-Dishwasher: Ensure dishes are cleaned, assist with serving sides &walking plates to customers.-Meat Cutter: Cook meat to regulated temperatures, cut meat throughout the day, assist with serving sides.-Manager: Ensure all back-of-house employees are following state & federal regulations, process transactions & ensuring accuracy while maintaining conversation with customer, ensure all food is ready at time of opening, assist with any duty if employees are absent, balance cash & credit card transactions at end of business day, be prepared to come in at a call’s notice.
