I provide a multi-faceted approach to chiropractic care focused on the patient's needs. I blend hands-on therapies such as soft tissue work, adjustments and taping with exercise, nutritional and lifestyle advice, and staying up to date on the most current research in the field. My goal is to help patients live their healthiest and happiest lives. This is not limited to relieving short-term pain, but increasing overall health by improving mobility and function by addressing the root cause of a patient's concern.

Referee various branches of minor and female hockey. Hockey Canada Officiating Program level III registered official. Experienced in working at the highest level of minor, female and junior hockey. Currently involved with the OUA, OHA (Jr. A, B & C), Alliance, GTHL, OMHA & OWHA.

Pursuing the advancement of the health and well-being of clients in the Oakville area.

Worked 6 full summers as a distribution warehouse employee for Home Hardware. Worked in shipping along with various picking departments. Trusted with organizing shipping loads, training other students, and coordinating jobs.

Work as a therapist for McMaster Maurader sports teams

Training hockey players on the mechanics of skating on a treadmill while also focusing on endurance, strength and balance.
