Lead 48 Big Box Retail Partner Store teams with a total P & L of $191 ml. Develop and coach building strong relationships between Retail Partner Store Managers, staff and field leadership. Instill a strong belief in the Microsoft Brand with the Microsoft team and in-store personnel. Responsible for ensuring customer experience measurement, sales performance and merchandising are driven with high impact!Managing performance to help revolutionize the Microsoft store within a store experience is what this job is all about!• Interviewing, selecting, training of full-time Retail Partner Store Specialist, delivers on established customer experience, sales and brand metrics• Effectively establish a cadence and rhythm to communicate, educate marketing and sales priorities through weekly calls and meetings • Provide ongoing daily support, training and mentoring Retail Partner Store Specialist, Store and Market leadership• Building and cultivate relationships with Regional, District as well as key store level contacts. • Develop a team that is passionate and able to create excitement for Microsoft brand and the ecosystem. • Traveling weekly into markets to ensure we are revolutionizing the Microsoft experience, coaching the team and developing strategies and tactics that move the business and experience forward• Conduct quality assurance audits, monitors/reviews/follows up on 3rd party audit reports. • Engage in trend analysis & drive results of the team. • Monitor payroll, hours and schedules for greatest efficiencies. • Address performance issues & put steps in place for improvement.• Coordinate team building events & incentive programs to motivate teams toward goals
