Partnerships Analyst
CurrentResponsible for managing the licensing process, including but not limited to: acquiring new or additional rights, deciding whether or not to renew current agreements, etc.Worked with multiple departments internally on a project over several months to strengthen our process to prevent unlicensed sales. Created and maintains a Power BI dashboard that captures various information and aspects of current partnerships and agreements, 6+ years of sales data, and more. Utilizes data from Power BI to put together annual reports, to share sales data with partners, to analyze sales trends and contract related data, to track marketing and product allotments, etc.Together with the VP of Strategic Partnerships, created a template to put together partnership proposals, both to add a new strategic partner and renew existing partners.Manages and improved the licensing process for hot market opportunities.Works with other departments to provide manufacturing information, provide samples, and fulfill other requirements both for new contracts and contracts that are being renewed.Assisted in the creation and upkeep of various administrative documents that are used by many teams internally, and organized all active contracts into binders, as well as onto our shared drive. Traveled on university visits, to trade shows, to agency and organization conferences, and on marketing activation trips. Assisted with many other duties as assigned.Accomplishments/Awards: Successfully executed 12 new strategic partnership agreements, and renewed, extended, or expanded our exclusive rights for 12 of our current strategic partnership agreements. Expanded our traditional hot market offering to under-represented sports. Corrected and improved several key reporting tools used by members of the executive team. Led a presentation on data and how it drives sales at the 2023 SEC Licensing Director’s Summit. Received one of the company’s Rising Star Awards in 2022.
