Identified a void of marketing activity within the company and with a limited six figure budget, designed and executed marketing plans aimed at a variety of metrics, including but not limited to television viewership, event attendance, retail and other promotions, web site traffic, mobile app users, subscription & opt-in services and social media engagement. Launched the ACC Network brand via visual identity, mission statement and goals. Efforts resulted in more engagement from affiliates, integrated marketing efforts with the Conference marketing and PR department for the first time and steady growth in digital users/visitors.Ran three (3) fan events a year, including budgeting, marketing, signage, sponsor activations, entertainment and overall operations. Average attendance was 25K for each event.
