In this role, I develop data structure for contractor performance dashboard, including input forms, relational data tables, and requested views from clients. Furthermore, I identify areas in need of project controls and work with teammates to design and implement appropriate solutions. A large portion of my role is outward facing contractor review meetings, where I assist in monthly meeting with contractors at different sites to discuss progress, scope, schedule, invoicing, risks, & concerns using a form I developed to gather data about production and schedule efficiency.
