I am a senior at Simpson College double majoring in Physical Education as well as Health and Exercise Science. I also have minors/endorsements in Health and Coaching. I have always been interested in exercise as well as sport, so I know this is the kind of industry I want to get into. While at Simpson I have competed on the football team. I interned with the Sports Performance staff at Simpson College, where I learned structure, programming, and discipline when it comes to strength and conditioning. After school, I plan on looking for a job in physical education and health, preferably one where I would be able to coach too. My ultimate goal would be to become a certified strength and conditioning coach and be able to work full time within a high school.
