The Bellecour Bakery at Cooks sells kitchen supplies, conducts cooking classes, and has a bakery. I was involved with helping to greet and answer questions from customers about products. Additionally, I worked as a barista and a cashier for the bakery. This has been a part-time job during my time in college.

Worked as a consultant for the city of West Saint Paul to help update their master bike and pedestrian plan to emphasize equity and safety. I acted as a group liaison with other students involved with this project. I also conducted observational inventory on the current progress of bike lanes and sidewalks. The final paper was presented to the West Saint Paul City Council for their consideration when they update their plan in the spring. This project was organized by the College of Food, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Sciences at the University of Minnesota.

I was tasked with reviewing the agricultural policy around nitrogen pollution in Minnesota. Minnesota’s nitrogen pollution policy required new and innovative ideas to help reduce pollutants. I helped by creating surveys to find new solutions to solve these issues. The results of the surveys and the following course of action were put together and presented to faculty at the University of Minnesota.
