Principal Accountabilities: • Operate assigned auxiliary systems according to approved procedures and instructions, evaporators, boilers, oil purification systems, waste disposal systems, etc.• Operate, align and verify alignment of auxiliary equipment such as valves, pumps, fans, compressors, and electrical equipment.• Inspect and service auxiliary reactor systems, turbine generator, and electrical and mechanical auxiliary and other plant equipment found outside the control room on an as needed basis.• Operate manually and remotely controlled equipment other than from the control room.• Set, adjust and operate valves for the safe operation of the nuclear plant.• Assist in plant start-ups and shut-downs.• Check cause of operating problem and report back to supervisor.• Maintain log of unusual events and changes in operating conditions.• Review previous shift log book entries to determine operating status.• Assist Reactor Operators as directed. • Support and participate in the Emergency Plan Organization, HAZMAT response organization, and Corrective Action Program activities as assigned, and in accordance with procedures and policies applicable for the assigned role.• Perform all duties, and work with others in a safe manner, in compliance with appropriate company safety policies and rules. • Assume responsibility for continuously upgrading knowledge and skill. Maintain the operational control over operating equipment in accordance with the requirements of operational instructions

Principal Accountabilities: • Control and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems and power-generating equipment• Ensure timely and accurate facilities and equipment preventive maintenance performance dates• Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures• Troubleshoot and perform corrective action and minor repairs to prevent equipment or system failure• Organize the work of personnel in accordance with the requirements of labor protection, radiation and fire safety• Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures• Clean and lubricate generators, turbines, pumps and compressors and perform other routine equipment maintenance duties using appropriate lubricants and hand, power and precision tools• Administer the work authorization process.

Principal Accountabilities: • Monitor and inspect equipment, computer terminals, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, air and fuel flow and emissions to detect leaks to ensure plant equipment is operating at maximum efficiency• Clean and lubricate generators, turbines, pumps and compressors and perform other routine equipment maintenance duties using appropriate lubricants and hand, power and precision tools• Read charts, meters, and gauges to monitor parameters• Check equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.
