The main goal of my function is to deliver the total lifecycle of products, which includes: innovation & development, profit, marketing and quality of the products. The goal is to create a competitive and innovative position trough new business sales. It also includes co-decision in company strategy, product development, innovation and expanding of the portfolio. - Translate organization strategy into short and long-term operational product strategies.- Monitoring the quality and achieved results. - Giving advice to the departments of R&D, marketing, public relations, production and sales. - Solution-orientated actions based of continuity and quality.- Making innovative proposals for the product portfolio, taking into account the market opportunities and the urgency of the developed products.- Developing new concepts in collaboration with the customer. Gathering information about product performance, experiences and user experiences and the connected interactions.

Uniqare Quality Slings ontwikkelt en produceert een groot assortiment tilbanden voor de zorgsector. Opgericht in 2016 is UniQare een jong en dynamisch bedrijf met ervaren, gedreven en betrokken medewerkers.

- Redevelopement of the LOwer Powered ExoSkeleton (LOPES). - Requirement and designing phase of the LOPES II.- Measuring the maximum allowed inertia in antior-posterior and lateral-medial direction during walking.

- Sales and promotion of Crumpler products.- Administration and inventory control.

- Designing and developing phase of the BOB-up, which is a tool to assist a walker getting over obstacles.
