As a Global Enablement Manager at Adobe, I use my expertise in adult learning to help sales reps be more productive and efficient. Specifically, I help Adobe reps get the most out of our enormous sales tech stack. Before Adobe, I spent a decade in academia, designing and teaching university courses, leading instructor trainings, and scaling online writing programs. My favorite class? A wilderness writing course capped by an overnight ski trip in the Uinta mountains.After launching a storytelling training program at Carta, I decided to take my passion for learning into tech. Now, I do everything from designing on-demand courses to organizing live training sessions to creating/hosting Adobe's sales tools enablement site.
