As product manager I led teams to design and develop three different startup projects. The teams I led varied from a small team of three in house developers to a team of more than ten, including contracted developers and designers. It was my responsibility to fill and prioritize the product backlog, to write out and wireframe new feature requirements, and to lead scrum story times to ensure that the team was clear on those requirements. I scripted and ran user testing and frequently communicated with target users to develop an understanding of their needs and evaluate how well our product solutions fit the customers problems.
