I think the dinner table is a sacred space. And what I hadn’t realized until later in life is that for the dinner table to be a sacred space, so must the kitchen be.I am a chef, and it is mission, to me—to help your dinner table be full of good food, and full of love for your family. We prep, all of us, in one way or another, for a kitchen table experience. We prep speedily—and the dinner table will react to the rush of it, the difficulty inherent in not taking the time to cook mindfully—or we take the appropriate amount of time.I help you save time in the kitchen, provide awesome food for your family, and give you skills, and confidence, in the kitchen that will last. My program helps you develop meaningful relationships to others via food. To your family. To your community. To your clients. To ourselves.
