As the CEO at Inclusivity, I work with executives, senior leaders, and their teams to build diverse and inclusive organizations. With over eight years of experience in this role, I leverage data analytics to address inequality in our communities and workplaces, and to empower people to reach their full potential.Before joining Inclusivity, I spent 15+ years in consulting and project management, specializing in process improvement, technology, and change management strategies. I worked across various industries, such as marine, transportation, and construction, with local and international clients. I hold a BSc in Engineering, an MBA, and certifications in Change Management and Project Management (PMP). I also completed an Executive Leadership program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.I am passionate about social equity and justice, and I actively contribute to various initiatives and organizations that promote these values. I was recently named one of Canada’s Top 25 Immigrants.I am a Board Member at the Nature Conservancy of Canada and a Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Committee at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. I am also co-founder of the Yemeni Canadian Society, and an Ambassador for the University of Victoria’s Business School, where I was recognized as one of the 25 Alumni to Watch. I speak regularly on topics such as equity, diversity and inclusion, executive leadership, data analytics, and organizational change.
