The Company is also the leading manufacturer of premium passport and governmental security materials with customers including the U.S. government and over 60 foreign countries.While at Holiston he led the effort to expand the security printing and manufacturing products from being a single source to over 60 countries including the setting the global standards for many of the materials in the e-Passport in conjunction with ICAO.

General Land is a global real estate development organization. Responsibilities included development services to residential developers in New Zealand, created a joint venture commercial development in Shanghai, China and managed the operations of the organization. As CTO/CIO I am responsible for all internal and project based technologies. I actively lead the corporate investments and partnering strategies for General Land’s use of technology inside of its land development projects.

I led scoping and design phases to launch 4 new online television channels. I worked with client, DDB Tribal, award winning producers and directors to identifying target market, distribution, content management and e-commerce. I led a team of 4 other business analysts, 3 technical analyst, and 2 full time client managers.

Responsible for crafting and guaranteeing SLA’s with wholesale partners and merging product functions between partners and Z-Tel. Built a co-development product with Crystal Decisions with development in Vancouver, Tampa, and London. Producing the KPI Scorecard application now sold by Crystal Decisions and used by Z-Tel, was critical to the delivery of our SLA’s with the wholesale partners. The development team was 50 mixed staff spread throughout those locations. The implementation of the KPI Scorecard application was used to track the health of the organization. For the continued maintenance of the KPI Scorecard I managed a budget of 2.5M and 7 directly reporting employees, 50 indirectly reporting employees and several consultants from Accenture. I reported to the CTO with a dotted line to the CEO.

Forefront was the leader in rich media advertising. Developing several products that allowed for cross platform and cross device display of advertising content. As CTO, I was responsible for overall product development and direction. I acted as a partner to the CEO and VP of Sales/Marketing to understanding and addressing impact of technology on core business strategy and in identifying new product opportunities. Developed the only rich media platform to be integrated in G2.5 and G3 phones.

Worldwide Service Line Manager I established a team to develop and implement an Enterprise Security Services practice within Cambridge. I had bottom line responsibility for Business Development, Account Management, and identifying Emerging Technologies for strategic partnerships. Part of my responsibility was to target and develop business in South and Latin America. I had 8 foreign managers that had at any given time 20 projects in various stages in Columbia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Venezuela. Clients of interest: Banco Santander, Santista, HP Brazil, IBM Chile

Designed and developed a multi-terabyte data warehouse with worldwide data-marts and data-stores. This worldwide commercial sales application was developed with three interfaces: Visual Basic, Notes, and Domino. Later we developed a second Visual Basic application that was to deliver time-relational data to marketing and operations for market trend analysis.
