Led HR and communications functions and provided cross-cutting support to start-up phase of nonprofit working to identify and catalyse market sectors that show potential for raising large numbers of poor people out of poverty, with initial focus on the bamboo sector in Vietnam, Laos PDR and Cambodia.

Worked with BBC Media Action, UN agencies and international NGOs on projects related to private sector development/value chains, behavior change communications related to youth sexual and reproductive health, fundraising, and monitoring and evaluation in Southeast Asia.
