Tracey is a certified psychotherapist who received her Certificate and Master in Counselling from Monash University, Australia. She is also a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT). As a practitioner of several psychotherapy techniques, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Hypnotherapy, she has worked with a wide variety of clients dealing with issues like suicide, mood disorders, stress, anger management, career planning, and relationship issues.Since 2016, she has designed and led numerous classes and workshops both online and in person. The topics range from personal development issues (i.e. overcome low self-esteem, stress management etc.) to relationship building matters (i.e. effective communication skills etc.). Her online class 'Overcome Low Self-Esteem' won the most sought after self-help psychological series in 2018 by the leading China online psychology platform, Yinxinli. Two years later, her book 《Self-Esteem. Know The Answer》was published and stayed on the most popular Self-Help Book Chart in China until the present. In 2020, she was invited as a guest speaker by CCTV to discuss the psychological impact caused by the pandemic on people. Since then, she has been promoting the concept of using Psychological First Aid (PFA) to assure and comfort people in stressful situations. She sees that her purpose in life is to help one another develop self-growth and achieve self-actualization. She also views psychotherapy as a means to unlock the potential within an individual. She aspires to help others achieve a balanced life.
