Carlisle & Co. (now Ducker Carlisle) is a small boutique consulting firm offering strategic solutions to the world's leading motor vehicle companies focusing primarily on the aftersales business. During my time at Carlisle & Co, I grew from associate to consultant and touched every part of the project cycle, from identifying sales leads and writing proposals to managing multiple workstreams and conducting both primary and secondary research to finally presenting findings to industry leaders and executives.Previous work experience in the financial industry, education of the CFA program and genuine curiosity provided me with the unique opportunity to co-lead the development of Carlisle & Co.'s launch of a mobility practice. Mobility tackles the ubiquitous trends in the shared economy, advancements in the technology of both autonomous and electric vehicles and provides insight into the changing landscape of traditional motor vehicle space.

In addition to the responsibilities of an analyst, I• Constructed large excel spreadsheets and designed Macros for condensing large amounts of data. Interpreted data and created solutions to reconciliation items.• Lead essential training to numerous new employees of all different levels on systems and procedures• Authored manuals to assist new employees and created learning materials

• Analyzed performance for several Hedge and Private Equity investment funds on behalf of the investment banking and investment management clients and created client reports that managed distributions, expenses and asset movement• Collaborated with Private Equity managers to execute monthly and quarterly investment returns, prepared financial statements and analyzed asset performance and shared this information to the PE managers for decision making purposes• Created and distributed NAV reports, asset allocation reports, quarterly schedules, analyzed expense transactions for clients• Build and fostered existing relationships with institutional clients, including investment banks, hedge funds, Private Equity funds, funds to funds, HNW individuals, asset management firms and pension funds• Provided written summaries and briefings to internal teams and outside management regarding fund performance and activity• Produced and distributed fixed income security reports to portfolio managers at multiple hedge funds utilized in daily trading securities; communicate solutions to asset management clients• Utilized Bloomberg terminal for security research

Actively reaching out to companies about potential deals with current athletes which include the top male and female equestrian athletes in the United States.
