Prepare and open store, run espresso bar and prepare customer beverages to order, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a clean and safe work environment.

I take care of guests in many ways. I am a server part time, I also manage the restaurant on occasion, opening the store and running the shift. I am the lead of the training department and organize and facilitate new team member orientation including writing schedules and doing other HR work.
