Golf Sales Accounting Manager
Current•Reconcile bills monthly for 12 entities each with over 75 vendors before the designated deadline•Establish and maintain vendor relationships •Perform month end duties (ie.,create financial statements, document accruals, etc)•Review financial statements and budgets for completeness and accuracy•Assist in running periodic audit to ensure compliance •Report daily deposits from multiple accounts •Enter payables and research past payments in M3, Quickbooks Online, and Acumatica accounting systems and Melio payment software •Lead a team of 3 to 5 accountants •Evaluate and report advance, city, and deposit ledgers•Utilized IQware and Agilysys POS systems•Establish accounting SOPs and controls for new POS and accounting systems•Review and assist in finalization of P&L statements with company executives •Review purchase orders for completeness• Assist with payroll duties for hourly and salary employees and respond to PTO requests• Create labor analysis and overtime reports for hourly employees and salary • Improve department processes and procedures• Develop and manage relationships cross functionally with other teams within the business
