I began my career at Insurance Express, a retail branch of Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc., in the Production Department where I received a solid foundation in the various aspects of selling and servicing Insurance. I then transitioned to the Arrowhead side of the Company where I honed my expertise working with a wide range of retail agencies, carriers and online production sources as Call Center Manager. A natural transition, in 2005 I became Territory Marketing Manager working closely with my colleagues in product management, underwriting and marketing to support and drive the Company’s business goals. In 2008 I turned my focus to the operational side of Marketing and grew the Marketing Operations Department. My team is responsible for producer contracting, producer management, audits, licensing and compliance while working closely with all profit centers to leverage Arrowhead’s agency force for new and existing product distribution opportunities.I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues, business professionals, or just interesting creative folk as there is always something new to learn so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
