Accountable for overseeing the design construction and project management delivery of TerraCap’s real estate portfolio, through out Canada and United States. • Responsible for all facets of new construction and renovation • Reviewing and coordinating design briefs, architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural. • Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, general contractors and sub-contractors. • Management of all departments; Design, Store Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Operations and Procurement as related to New Store and Renovation projects. • Manage and coordinate complete project requirements, to schedule, specifications and budget. • Site assessment/audits for potential new location in existing facilities. • Performing financial management activities, tracking expenditures, generating monthly financial statements and forecasting/projecting expected project costs.• Negotiating and preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, general contractors and sub-contractors.

• Responsible for all capital projects, renovations, additions, major maintenance and hazardous material abatement and disaster recovery. • Directly responsible for Project Managers, CAD supervisor, Project Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, and Admin Assistant.• External reports include Architectural Firms, Environmental Consultants and Project Management Consultants• Performing financial management activities, tracking expenditures, generating monthly financial statements and forecasting/projecting expected project costs. Ensuring SOX compliance. • Negotiating and preparing contracts, negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, suppliers, general contractors and sub-contractors. • Selection of contractors, tendering and award of contracts. • Supervision and mentoring of Project Managers and support staff. • Design, review and coordination of design briefs, architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural as required. • Chairing the internal design team. • Overall management of Site Plan Approval, Building Permits and other government approval process. • Overall management of all stakeholders and internal departments.
