When I was a small child, I could assemble a complex model of a machine from a constructor for several weeks. It was important how 5000 parts interact with each other, forming a complex mechanism. But the most important thing was that this mechanism did something important and useful for people.Later at university I had a mentor. He gave me a thought that knowing a subject well and doing well in exams are not the same thing. He taught me: “If you understand the essence of the subject and know how to properly convey the idea to the teacher, you will successfully pass all the exams and will not spend much time on it.”Subsequently, I chose the path to work in Digital agency. I went through the experience of more than 200 projects and was able to master the skills in Web Development, SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing, Product and Marketing Analytics, Design Thinking. But most importantly, I learned to understand and feel customers and their needs, gains and pains.This experience has led me to realize: Product and marketing are always inextricably linked. You can not create a product until it is clear how and where to sell it.The next point of growth for me was the venture mobile startup Zebrainy. I was able to learn how to create understandable and informative PnL and Pitch Decks, communicate with investors, draw up marketing strategies, optimize product funnels and achieve results by metrics, conduct customer development and A/B testing, attract and retain customers in the product. We have built a $20M startup.Now, in my free time, I help mobile startups move from idea to product, attract investments, launch and test MVPs, and enter the market.My goals for the next 5 years:1. Help at least 10 startups enter the market, become profitable and necessary for people.2. Take an MBA course. I want to learn how to create and manage truly high-quality and large products.3. Create a $100M - $1B startup.
