I am an attorney-at-law in Poland specialising in the real estate and renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on geothermal. I have been active in the legal services since 2014, focusing on the preparation and handling of construction contracts. I advise construction companies implementing the largest infrastructure investments in Poznań and Greater Poland, including the construction of roads, tram lines and railways. I also provide legal services to entrepreneurs and housing communities, dealing with both day-to-day services and litigation with developers in construction defect cases.I support investors in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector, advising both foreign entrepreneurs setting up on the Polish market and domestic companies or local governments.I gained my professional experience in Poznań law firms and local government units. I have also provided legal advice to companies in the construction sector and housing communities. Since 2022, I have been cooperating with the law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI, where I act as an attorney-at-law (PL).I am a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the University of Dresden, where I completed postgraduate studies in European law and European integration.
