After joining the company as an FTE, I set up the porting studio for tinyBuild. I created internal processes and built tools to facilitate the quick and easy porting of PC games to next-gen consoles. This, amongst other things, included optimization, certification, controller and user support, social features, localization, age ratings, and QA.
