Current• Strategic Leadership: Developed and spearheaded the implementation of AirAsia's 5-year Airline Technology strategy (2022-2026), modernizing legacy core systems and achieving a 22% reduction in MYR370 million (USD84 million) annual airline IT OPEX by 2023 - two years ahead of schedule.• Operational Excellence: Consistently exceeded monthly SLA targets, managing 140+ airline systems across 7 AOCs and 169 airport stations globally, ensuring operational continuity and resiliency during post-COVID recovery.• Project Delivery & Value Creation: Delivered an average of 150+ projects annually since 2022, driving approximately MYR140 million (USD32 million) in new revenue or cost savings each year.• Innovation through Technology: Delivered AI/ML-powered homegrown disruptive solutions, including FACES biometric pass, Health Travel Pass, Aircraft Wi-Fi & In-Seat Ordering, and Aircraft & Crew Recovery, enhancing contactless travel for 51 million loyalty members.• Robust ICT Management: Oversaw ICT services for 25,000 employees across end-user computing, service desk, network, cloud, and enterprise applications, achieving a >97% CSAT score while managing 210,000 service tickets annually.• Digital Ecosystem Support: Enabled ICT and product roadmaps for AirAsia's ventures, including AirAsia Move, Teleport, BigPay, and other subsidiaries, aligning technology with business growth.• Organizational Transformation: Reorganized a 300-strong, multi-national ICT team across 7 countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, India, China), building an agile shared services model that supports AirAsia and external customers.• Diversity & Inclusion: Advanced ESG goals by improving gender diversity, raising female representation in leadership from 0% to 33% and overall in technology from 17% to 24%.
