I managed all aspects of communication with the volunteers, ride director, and communities pre-ride, during and post event. I assigned all Denver Post staff volunteers to appropriate jobs that reflected their talents, , legal paperwork was secured, provided their training materials, travel logistics, including housing, vehicle, staff clothing and meals. I also assisted with database management ensuring data integrity, producing reports about volunteers and organizational accomplishments. I worked with BKB as a race manger for 18 years and purchased the company in October of 2016.
