Online QC Technician, November 2019 – July 2021 Collected the milk sample under DFO requirement and tested samples for protein, fat, freezing point and total solid content and record it.  Trouble shooting skills on FOSS Protein 8200 analyzer, Vacuum pump, laboratory cooler. Experience in XRD, XRP skilling for testing milk powder products, pasteurization products andother physical and chemical analysis.  Ensured that daily production was organized and under current GMP requirement which approved by CFIA guidelines.  Test and Monitor air sample and water sample for microbiology test.  Training new employee under current company requirements.
