Coordinates portfolios like Legal Entity Integrations / Source of Supply Changes / NPI by working with Regulatory, Trade, Artwork and Logistics to evaluate Supply Chain Impact and applying appropriate inventory strategy/implementing cutover plans according to market specific Trade/Regulatory Definitions and Grace Periods. Accomplishments• Implemented the Cutover Plan while supporting the Merger Related Portfolios across 10 markets in Asia Pac worth over 800+ SKUs with minimal supply disruptions. Merger related Portfolios includes Legal Entity Integrations, Source of Supply Change, Plant Name transition in Indonesia, New Product Introductions and other projects.• Resolved a major stock out situation potentially in 8 markets involving Regulatory / Customs / Quality complications worth of 300+ SKUs in 8 Markets.• Developed the Network Transition Tracker to formulate prompt and accurate cutover dates for 800+ SKUs as and when required, given a complicated set of parameters in a rapidly changing environment. The Network Tracker became the main source of information to AP HUB and pivotal to their Monthly Supply Planning and Packaging Plan to the Packaging Site.It also allow prompt assessment of potential supply Disruptions by the Project Management Office. This was achieved with help of Excel Algorithms / Conditional Formatting / Macros. • Developed monthly metrics leveraging on Excel and Powerpoint Tools for the AP Senior Leaders regarding Progress Status and Root Cause Analysis. • Lead a Team and completed supporting the Sampling requirements required by AP Markets concerning the SOS Change from Australia to Pandaan.
