I joined Unilever Mashreq in 2000 where I was exposed to different areas of the supply chain management. During this time, I gained experience in the operations management as an operations/ production manager for 2 years and enhanced my understanding to the total supply chain by getting exposed to the planning department where I was exposed to the material, production, capacity planning till I reached the position of Foods division planning & logistics manager. This wide exposure gave me profound understanding of the supply chain and it’s impact on the total business which helped me to join Mars by end of 2006 as North Africa & East Mediterranean logistics manager that is responsible for the supply planning of 17 country and optimizing the total supply cost. In 2008 I moved to PepsiCo (snacks division), a National supply planning manager responsible for the production, materials & distribution/ deployment planning where I start with receiving the demand until I ensure proper product availability in the whole supply chainSpecialties: Supply Chain managment
