Search and comparison of new suppliers, contract negotiation, ISO 9001 and 14001 registration, invoice tracking and control.- Purchasing and renting of all equipment and services required for the construction of the wind farms: vehicles, machinery, hydraulic tools, PPE, spare parts, shipping and road transport of materials, crane contracting...- Preparation and adjustment of project budgets, taking into account both the financial feasibility and the technical characteristics required.- Negotiation with the client of any additional costs and out of contract work orders necessary to achieve certifications.- Reorganization and updating of warehouse stocks in systems, reducing the time of search and preparation of materials by more than 50%.- On site, coordination of teams (between 20 and 70 people), functions, roles, distribution and assignment of tools and machinery, ensuring their correct operation, resolution of incidents at a human level, timings, project milestones, etc. Direct reporting of project progress to the final client.International experiences in Italy (Casalduni), Sweden (Sundsvall), Finland (Oulainen) and Brazil (Lagoa Nova).

- Together with the Production and QHSE area, responsible for planning the staffing needs to implement each project.- Complete management of the recruitment process: planning, publication of vacancies, search of profiles, interviews, launching of offers, registration in the company and welcome plan.- Follow-up and control of the work reports of the different projects at European level (3-4 simultaneous projects with an average of 20 employees) for transfer to payroll, as well as incidents and resolution of discrepancies.- Focal point in Spain for human resources management of Brazilian and Mexican subsidiaries.

- Transfer and follow-up of all incidents arising from the service business unit projects for transfer to payroll (overtime, international and national travel, offshore workers, etc.).- Active participation in the internal digital transformation both guiding the teams in the new platform and supervising and managing the correlation of more than 1,500 employees.- Collaborated with the Talent team on the implementation of new professional development tools through digital seminars and presentations to the different international teams.
