Purpose1) To efficiently & effectively manage the regional IT group 2) To ensure that all IT systems (applications and infrastructure) are managed professionally in order to secure quality and continuity.3) To be the single point of contact for the Corporative IT Division and regional IT management.4) Coordinate IT activities in Americas(US,BR and MX) with respect to infrastructure and applications and involve Corporative IT Division timely and proactively if support is needed.5) Optimize business processes with reliable IT systems resulting in high performing operations within the regional boundaries set.6) Responsible for regional IT services & projects.7) Manage roll-outs of global projects to the region.8) Ensure daily operation management complies with global models & standards.9) Work with regional business leadership team to formulate needs & translate to IT delivery teams.10) Manage regional operational & capital budget .RESULT AREAS1) Manage the day-to-day IT operation in an efficient and effective way2) Build-up a knowledgeable and motivated regional IT team 3) Implement global solutions locally in IT according corporate/global policies and standards4) Identify and advise IT division and local management about efficiency and quality improvements opportunities 5) Implement local requirements efficiently and effectively 6) Oversee and manage vendors and supplier contracts that facilitate service and support efforts for existing systems and applications.
