Led AGFA NDT UK team through transition to common vision and operational metrics while combining strengths and capabilities of four independent product, sales, and marketing organizations. Stabilized 50 member UK team following multiple business acquisitions including relocation to new facility; added team members to improve customer support capabilities and enhanced Service offerings. Consistently exceeded sales revenue targets.
