During my time at IIDE, I had the incredible opportunity to lead two dynamic teams: the Tech & Automation department. Here’s a glimpse of what I worked on:- Transforming the Learning Experience: I managed our Learning Management System, Bookmark, which served over 5,000 users. One of my proudest achievements was leading the project to revamp Bookmark’s UI/UX, making it more intuitive and user-friendly for our students and staff.- Streamlining Operations: I was passionate about making our processes more efficient. I automated routine tasks for teams across Student Success, Sales, Marketing, Placements, and HR. This not only saved time but also allowed these teams to focus on what they do best—helping our students succeed.- Building Innovative Platforms: I worked on several exciting projects, including the development of the Hire Platform to streamline our recruitment efforts. I lead project such as the Masterclass Portal and the Marksheet and Certificate Portal. Additionally, I helped create a video platform for HSNC University, providing students with easy access to their video courses and enhancing their learning experience.Working at IIDE allowed me to blend my love for technology with a passion for education, and I’m proud of the positive impact we made together.

During my tenure as a Digital Marketing Trainer at IIDE, I had the privilege of working with two dynamic teams: Training students and Content Creation. Here’s a glimpse of what I worked on:- Empowering Learners: I trained over 50,000 students and working professionals, helping them master essential skills in digital marketing. My training modules included WordPress, AI in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Blogging, AdSense, Affiliate Marketing, Google Analytics, CRM, Chatbots, and Marketing Automation.- Corporate Training: I also had the opportunity to extend my expertise to corporate training sessions. I worked with renowned companies such as Mahindra, Pfizer, Cipla, Volkswagen, Publicis Groupe, Leo Burnett, Atout France, Deepak Group, and NMIMS, helping their teams harness the power of digital marketing.- Creating Educational Content: I was responsible for shooting and recording video courses on topics like WordPress, Blogging, AdSense, and Affiliate Marketing. Additionally, I recorded masterclasses on "Make Money Online" and "How to Master the Art of Prompting with ChatGPT."- Hosting Masterclasses: I conducted free online masterclasses via Zoom Webinars on various topics, including: How AI is revolutionising Digital Marketing, Create Your Website from Scratch, Rank Your Website on Google Search, Master the Art of Prompting with ChatGPT, Email Marketing, Chatbots, Making Money Online using Blogging- Content Creation: I played a key role in developing content for the post-graduation program, covering modules like WordPress, Search Engine Optimization, AdSense, CRM, Chatbots, Google Analytics, Blogging, AI in Digital Marketing, ChatGPT, and Affiliate Marketing.Working at IIDE allowed me to combine my passion for teaching with my expertise in digital marketing, making a significant impact on both students and professionals. It was incredibly rewarding to see the growth and success of those I trained.

During my time at IIDE, I had the unique opportunity to lead three important teams: Social Media Marketing, LMS Team, and Business Automation. Here’s a bit about what I did:- Growing Our Social Media Presence: I took charge of our Social Media Team during a challenging time due to Covid-19 and staffing shortages. Despite these hurdles, we managed to grow IIDE’s Instagram from 17k to 32k followers in just one year. I also worked on our YouTube channel, helping to double our subscriber count by focusing on creating engaging and valuable content.- Developing Our LMS: I was involved in managing the initial development of our Learning Management System when the project was outsourced. This meant working closely with external developers to ensure the system met our needs and provided a great learning experience for our students.- Automating Business Processes: I was responsible for automating routine tasks for various teams, including Student Success, Sales, Marketing, Placements, and HR. This automation helped streamline our operations and allowed the teams to focus on more strategic work.- Working with Data & Insights: I also spent a lot of time analyzing data and providing insights to different teams. This helped us make informed decisions and improve our strategies.

I took on several exciting projects that allowed me to make a real impact:- Setting Up a New CRM and IVR System: I was responsible for establishing and integrating Freshworks CRM from the ground up. I also worked on configuring the IVR system. This involved tailoring the system to meet our specific needs and ensuring it was fully operational for our team.- Creating Reports with Google Looker Studio: I used Google Looker Studio to create multiple reports, which helped us visualize our data better and automate some of our reporting tasks. This made it easier for our teams to access and understand the data they needed.- Building a Lead-Generating Chatbot: One of the projects I’m particularly proud of was creating a chatbot designed to capture leads. This chatbot was integrated into our system and played a key role in generating new leads for our business.- Streamlining Reports and Automation: I worked closely with different teams to streamline their reporting processes and automate routine tasks. This collaboration helped improve efficiency and allowed the teams to focus on more strategic activities.These projects were both challenging and rewarding, and it was fulfilling to see the positive impact they had on our operations.

I began my career at IIDE as a Web Development Executive, where I had the opportunity to dive into various aspects of web development and design.- Creating and Designing Landing Pages: I was responsible for creating and designing landing pages on WordPress. These pages were crucial for our marketing campaigns and played a significant role in attracting and converting visitors.- Wire-framing for Lead Generation: I worked on wireframing the website to optimize it for lead generation. This involved designing user-friendly layouts and ensuring that the site was structured to capture more leads effectively.- Website Optimisation: Reduced the website's load time from 31 seconds to 3 seconds by enhancing the domain and hosting.

During my time at DroidRax, which eventually rebranded to Techverge.io, I had the incredible opportunity to build and grow a tech-based content aggregator that attracted over a million unique users each month. Here’s a look at what I worked on:- Content Creation and Strategy: I led the creation and curation of content focused on new updates in the tech industry, feature updates of popular apps, and practical tech hacks for everyday life. This content strategy helped establish DroidRax as a go-to resource for tech enthusiasts.- Audience Growth: By consistently producing high-quality, relevant content, we were able to attract and engage a large audience, reaching over a million unique users monthly. Building and growing DroidRax/Techverge.io was an incredibly rewarding experience. It allowed me to combine my passion for technology with my skills in content creation and strategy, ultimately creating a platform that resonated with a large and diverse audience.
