- Responsible for installing, operating, and maintenance of the NISSC Il virtualization infrastructure.- Provide a high level of end user support to the customer. I work along side the Mission Assurance Center (MAC) support teams to diagnose and troubleshoot various technical issues. Develops processes to drive and improve customer experience, creates documentation, and provides mentoring on customer related issues to the different mission support teams.- I take the initiative and advise on potential pitfalls that may be encountered and suggest alternatives which may better serve the stability, performance, and security of virtualization solutions.- Perform regular security updates and support multiple engineering teams with research and implementation of various cutting edge tools and applications within the mission environment.
