Responsible for: Providing overall financial management of the analytical and financial understanding of all the key long-term and short-term solutions, including the allocation of resources and investment;Analyzing the performance of the company and promptly identifies potential adverse effects, initiates corrective action, if necessary, and identify innovative ways to increase the volume of profit:Identifying and managing the processes of financial planning and financial control, including annual, quarterly and other planning cycles, setting goals and monitoring their implementation, and monitoring of budget execution and procurement process;Interacts with representatives of the external auditors, organizes training to all internal and external audits, ensuring that the necessary financial, administrative and corporate standards;Responsible for the accuracy of the employment relationship with employees, management personnel documentation, training and the provision of necessary reporting on the number of personnel and salary fund;Cordination of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) for staff responsible for their implementation in the Delegation. Ensures compliance with labor laws, as well as internal standards regarding personnel P&L management ;- Capex,Perco projection- Ensure availability of funds for operations - maintain the focus on working capital and cash flow monitoring All FRA responsibilities, Monthly closing timely and accurate- Accruals , TFCs allocations in line with BU structure- Establishing proper monitoring system for contracts, invoices, timely payments to vendors, Audit readiness & progress on identified deficiencies; Train/support to the colleagues at new processes implementation stage- Self-disciplined, in spite of difficulty never give-up! - Keeps open, clear, complete, mutual communication manner between colleagues; team player
