I am currently completing a Master’s in Psychology and Mental Health, specializing in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing at Tilburg University’s School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. My primary interest lies in Positive Psychology, with a deep commitment to enhancing wellbeing through research and therapeutic applications.With a strong foundation in psychological research, I bring experience across various therapeutic frameworks, including psychodynamic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), holistic methods, and Positive Psychology. I am also well-versed in both Organizational and Social Psychology, which allows me to approach psychological issues from multiple perspectives, including in Human Resources (HR) settings.In practice, I have worked with both children and adults in individual and group settings, allowing me to develop a broad understanding of human behavior across different life stages. My research and applied experience aim to foster mental health and well-being, informed by a wide array of psychological approaches.
