- Used Agile practices to improve and extend the frontend on a fuel bunkering application, working within an international team- Redesigned and implemented the index page for one of the largest bunker fuel management systems, with the goal of allowing visualization on a timeline of all the data coming through the platform; this resulted in easier user management of requests, deliveries, invoices, and RFQs- Implemented a frontend caching system to reduce API calls; this resulted in an improvement of loading times application-wide by more than 100%

- Developed a fully-fledged single page web application using AngularJS for the front-end and PHP for the backend, to simplify academic publication management within a university, which has been in use by a majority of the staff since launch- Worked with the application users directly to implement features based on real-world requirements- Coordinated with the Graphic Designer to implement and develop websites using HTML, CSS/SASS, Bootstrap, JSjust plain CSS), JS, AngularJS- Deployed applications within a Linux environment, using Apache and Nginx; set up certificates, createdCron jobs for maintenance tasks, made backup scripts, set up mail alerts all while making extensive using Unix/Linux shell- Introduced the team to Git as the DVCS of choice, to migrate from SVN, which allowed us to use version control to enhance collaboration with co-workers.
