My previous job experience helped me rapidly excel in the company. I adapted very quickly to change and new situations. I learned valuable communication skills and built on my leadership qualities. I started as a floor employee and from there I was promoted to a shift lead and then store manager. I was in charge of making the store run. I hired empoyees, trained employees, filled out paperwork, scheduled store maintanace, made sure the store was up to standard, took bank deposits, and performed any other tasks that the company needed done for the store.

Studio Movie Grill was my first place of employment. During my time of employment, I had been promoted to a box office trainer and supervisor. I had also worked as a food and alcohol runner and was promoted to an in- theater server. My main responsibility was customer service. I made sure that everyone at my table was happy and satisfied with their food and service.
