Highlights below!* I grew up working in the family restaurant business, and launched Trattoria Farfalla in Westlake Village at the age of 21. * 2009: I moved to San Francisco and joined the NOPA team as a manager, overseeing general operations and helping start their acclaimed brunch program.* 2013: I joined a startup venture, Social Print Studio, as COO. During my tenure I built the in-house production team and grew revenue by 200%. * 2015: I moved to the East Coast where I became GM of Blue Hill in NYC. * 2017: I consulted on restaurants and special projects from LA, to Marfa, TX to NYC.* 2018 I launched Raduno, a creative hospitality consulting company which also advises F&B startups.
