Implemented the following solutions:• Clinical study management system for a Montreal based Clinical Research Organization (CRO) consisting of the following modules: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), HR, Project Management, Invoicing, and Reporting• CRM and order management system for a Toronto based specialty fashion distribution company consisting of the following modules: CRM, remote order entry, order processing, inventory control and analytical reporting• Claim management system for a Toronto based SRED consulting firm consisting of modules to: evaluate potential clients, track employee compensation, track claim financial details, and generate aggregated reports

• Developed HR senior management KPI dashboard for improved workload balancing• Implemented technology solutions to reduce operational risk in a retail loan product

• Designed and developed a business intelligence tool to capture, analyze and report on plant wide Key Performance Indicators (KPI)• Coordinated and participated in meetings for the Achieving Excellence lean initiative, leading to the drafting of a project roadmap
