About Xavi Bisbal

I enjoy exploring new (and not-so new) technologies.Team leader of software engineers and designers. I started my career from hands-on coding in a varied set of technologies and industries. Experienced in cloud high availability applications and APIs with high amounts of traffic and users, implementing DevOps practices and agile methodologies.As CTO and co-founder at ForceManager I have gained experience in business strategy, project and product management, full software development cycle and launch / development of apps. As a team leader I have been mastering soft skills on recruitment, coaching and motivation.Although I do not practice as often as I would like, I do nevertheless enjoy practicing ski and sailing. Open-Water swimming regularly has a deeply positive impact on my mental health as well.
