BU ADASProducts: Camera Monitoring System (2nd Generation) ECU and CamerasOEM: Audi- Reporting hierarchically to the Technical Project Lead (TPL) and to the Test Supervisor- Working together with the Area Leads (System, Software, Hardware, Mechanics and Image Quality) under TPL leading- Leading the Software, System and Reliability Test Teams to reach the planned scope and goals in terms of timing and quality, defining the actions to correct any deviation- Defining the Project Master Test Plan- Defining the Test Scope and Test Plans for each Software, System and Reliability loop according the goals agreed with the TPL, the Quality and the Area Leads- Evaluating the feasibility of the test loop with the resources available and the current constraints- Analyzing the efforts and risks for every test loop, managing any risk by defining and executing contingency and mitigation plans- Planning and managing, by using Agile methodologies, the resources, the test activities (requirement analysis, test cases creation, test cases execution, test reporting,..) and outputs (requirement approvals, test cases reviews, communications, etc) ensuring that the Spice and the Ficosa R&D quaility processes are followed- Managing the problem resolution activities (defect reporting, fix verifications, etc)- Assuring the coordination and communication of the test members (via daily, weekly, dedicated and retrospective meetings)- Communicating with Customer and giving support to the Customer TPL communications- Estimating Product Change Requests and any quotation activity from Customer and from TPL - Ensuring that the Test Project budget is not exceeded- Responsible in the Audits for the Software and System Integration Test Processes (SWE.5, SYS.4) and Software and System Qualification Test Processes (SWE.6, SYS.5) and taking part in MAN.3 (Project Management), MAN.5 (Risk Management) and SUP.9 (Problem Resolution Management) processes
