- SERVICES: To organise and participate in delivery of all Printshop Services. Focus was on assisting customers with all aspects of their printing requirements from production to final delivery, whilst ensuring that timescales, schedules and agreed deadlines are respected.- CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER LIASON: To liaise with customers and suppliers to provide the most effective and efficient use of Printshop Resources. Responsibilities included identifying, analysing, and negotiating contracts, controlling equipment, and managing appropriate supplier relationships to ensure minimal disruption.- BUDGET: Prepare, monitor, negotiate and control the annual budget and expenses, reallocating printing costs to each dept. to monitor and control cost.- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage, organise, motivate, and develop the team to ensure service continuity and excellence.-MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES: Responsible for renewal of machines, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers.- LEADERSHIP: Represent the interest of the printshop team at both line manage level at IMD as well as within the overall Campus Service Department. The job holder was expected to be professionally qualified and able to demonstrate professional judgement in decision making.- PROBLEM SOLVING: Solving problems that arose in everyday operations.- COMMUNICATION: Presenting and reporting the activities of the Printshop to the line manager and peers within the Campus Service Department, orally or in writing.- DIGITALISATION: Contribute to the study and implementation of the solution called "IMD Smart Certificate". Be the main administrator, supported by the IT team, of this key solution in terms of secure digitization by QR code and blockchain system (specific know-how regarding the distribution of thousands of certificates each year to our participants).I performed his tasks in an accurate and thorough manner, always demonstrating good organisation and consciousness in my approach.
