Homecare Business Consultant & Demand Management
Working in Global IS Business Consultant and Demand Management team, focus on homecare business. My role is to advise to business in the IT aspects of any of the initiative they take in the area of homecare, helping them to describe the requirement they have in the appropriate language and including all necessary information for the Demand process in IS. This role is the bridge between business area and IS to assure proper communication, becoming the voice of IS for the business, making them aware of the current level of work in the IS pipeline, the technological constraints, the general strategies in place, etc. and the voice of business for IS, projects business want to develop (commercial, productivity, new oferings, etc.), the level of criticality of the different initiative, the potential options, etc.Geographical scope is global in the countries homecare business has been developped, which imply up to 20 different countries.
